Brief:
John approached me with a polite request to design a logo for his new guitar teaching business and website. He further wanted a flyer designed for local distribution and a website on which he could post videos and links to his YouTube page.
Description:
The logo was developed from the shape of the iconic Fender Stratocaster® guitar. John wanted the flyer to mimic a popular guitar based computer game so a dark colour scheme was chosen with typography satisfying the brief.
The website was designed using as few images as possible to make the content 'pop'. Coded using valid CSS and xHTML and including an embedded YouTube video.

Shoreshotz is a new family owned business who produce high quality surf, portrait and wedding photography from around Cornwall & Devon. They provided me with a very broad brief with a few ideas with regard to colour scheme. They also wanted the ability to sell images via the website using a simple to use interface.
Description:
The open brief allowed me to be as creative as possible. As the client wanted to add new images on a regular basis I chose to use Wordpress as a platform so the client could update the content as and when they so desired. I chose to keep the site as simple as possible so as to draw attention to the images posted.
Included on the Wordpress site is a simple Paypal purchase button and the facility to include a blog at a later date if so desired.
